When I showed up, a working drama was on the run and I had to wait an hour for my lunch. tonight I ordered and thought my eating would not be done in time, so I have some care and when I showed up eating was not even started, 30 minutes after picking up. in reception there was a bowl and the side for chips. it is not even worth going to a place, they are all sucking. eating is good, but the order is never done right and it is not worth waiting. Why does the company do nothing to fix this, it is absolutely terrible.
Placed an online order at 9:00 pm. Restaurant closes at 10:00pm. Order was place and paid for. When I got to restaurant at 9:25 I was told they were closed and they didn't make the food and to go online and get refund. Restaurant was completely cleaned up and the manager said they were short staffed . I saw at least three employees there. Not sure how many people it takes to make a chicken and rice bowl! I don't live around the corner so by the time I drove out there and back it was too late to go anywhere else. Horrible experience and manager really didn't care. Went to Chipotle in Promenade in Marlton. Don't go there! Manager should be fired. I saw him turn away at least three people in the little bit of time I was there! Will never go here again! Would give a zero if I could!
This will be my last time ever at this chipotle. I stopped going a few years ago when it seemed like their portion sizes got smaller and prices went up but today's experience was really bad. I set my mobile order time for 6:40. I arrive at 6:40 to see no less than 10 other guests waiting for mobile orders. Meanwhile people were walking in the restaurant, ordering, and receiving their meals throughout my entire half hour wait. The employees completely neglected the mobile orders. In addition, when an order was finally completed, no employees were calling out names which lead to a huge crowd around the pickup cart. My order was finally placed on the rack at 7:10pm, a half hour after it was supposed to be ready. Many of the same people were still waiting for their mobile orders when I left. Absurd. It's a shame the experience was so bad because the food was very good and so was the value. I got a pollo asada bowl with white rice, half black pinto beans, peppers and onions, hot salsa, lettuce, cheese, sour cream. Flavors were there. Portions were more than fair. Just not worth a 30 minute wait. It seems like ordering in person may be the way to go at this location as those customers were being waited on and served immediately.
Couldn’t be more disappointed. I Love chipotle but I will never visit this location or possibly any others again. For the second straight time after ordering on the app, my order was not ready for pickup at the pickup time I was given. I normally wouldn’t even complain about something like this but I waited 40 minutes after my confirmed pick up time and they still didn’t have my order ready. If I hadn’t already ordered and paid on the app I could have ordered at the counter and walked out in less than 5 minutes as the restaurant was NOT busy and had plenty of staff there. My order was a single burrito and they couldn’t seem to make it in almost an hours time, 40 minutes of which was after i was told it would be ready. Customer service has failed spectacularly at attempting to make the situation right.
This chipotle has really gone down hill lately. I’ve stopped by more than once to signs saying online orders only. Totally fine, I can wait. The chipotle app estimated pickup at 3:10. I waited over 30 minutes for a bowl and chips. The bowl wasn’t even correct, the customer service was non existent, and the portions were disappointing. I would suggest going to the one by AMC, you will avoid any issues.
