Five Guys - Marlton

My memories of Five Guys date back to 2012, which was my last visit. Back then, they served delicious burgers that were generous in size and reasonably priced—definitely worth it. However, here we are in 2022, and after trying many other burgers, I found the portions at Five Guys to be small and the prices steep. It's surprising to see how little a $10 bill gets you these days. I'm really disappointed.

Finally, I thought I had received the correct order, but instead, I got a slice of American cheese in a container, raw onions, and at that point, I just slid the raw onions off and threw the cheese in the trash. Who does that?! Four attempts and they still got it wrong. I really dislike the taste of raw onions, so the hotdogs ended up tasting terrible. It was an expensive meal for two, costing $36.87, and most of it ended up in the trash. It was a gross experience @FiveGuys.

The cheese wasn't melted at all; it seemed like they just laid it on top. I was not impressed. The burger was only partially wrapped in brown paper. I probably won’t be coming back here again!

I've been a customer for many years, but my experience has taken a turn for the worse. In the past, my fries would frequently be burnt and overcooked. However, tonight they were so undercooked that they were tough. I just can't comprehend how something so simple can go so wrong. I've made the decision not to come back anymore.

I waited an hour and a half for my DoorDash order, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold, and one of my cheeseburgers was missing. To make matters worse, I found a long, light-colored hair in the other burger. I certainly won't be ordering from this place again.
