Mcdonald's - Marmoutier

Service null , mismade order , service driver mal polished , bad order , toilet not clean

In this Mc do there is a good atmosphere the staff is super nice and the officials are listening to the employees is customers and are always there in case of problem. I strongly recommend eating here because the meal is super good and all and correct.

MERCI, I would like to thank MC DONALD in Marmoutier for putting out my wife and our two young children before we can finish ordering! After reading all the negative comments on this establishment, it is a chance not to have eaten there. We regularly go to Alsace, we are a family, with 2 children and a dog, a German shepherd, a family dog, he comes with us on holiday. In short, we enter this McDo, order the terminal (the order is almost finalized, when an employee asks us to leave because we have a dog (she forgets to say hello too...) and goes away immediately (without the possibility of talking with her. She didn't offer us to complete our order? She didn't offer us a solution? She didn't explain what problem is that? She tells us to leave... Imagine my wife with our 2-year-old child (a leg in the plaster, our 5-year-old son disappointed and our misunderstanding: We get fired from the McDO because we have a dog... (this is the motive invoked. So we can come to Mc Donald's. Except Marmoutier's. For the first time in our life, we got fired from a restaurant, and I'm telling you, MERCI! Because what a relief, when I read the reviews on the internet! I've never read so many negative comments. So eat at the McDo Yes, but avoid it from Marmoutier.

Every time I go to the marmoutier macdonald I'm disappointed. It is unacceptable not to know how to prepare orders especially when it is not in the rush. I thought it was just a little mistake that happens to everyone, but not every time I make the order there is not good. Let’s not even talk about the aspect from sandwich, frankly go to brumath or phalsbourg.

The service is of extreme slowness, 8 people worked in kitchen or service, 6 guests ate in the room or waited like me for an order to take away. My small order of a box of nuggets and a small fries has put more than 20 minutes to be ready. I thought MacDo was part of the fast food, I was wrong!
