Mooroolbark Fish & Chips - Maroondah

I was surprised to find another fish and chip shop in Mooroolbark that I hadn't visited before. I ordered my usual meal, which never disappoints no matter where I go. The flake was delicious and a generous portion, and the small chips were also a good size. The staff were friendly and efficient with taking orders. While it is primarily a takeaway place, it is definitely worth a visit. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and great for families with children. There is ample parking available in front of the establishment.

The souvlakis and chips at this restaurant are always delicious and consistent. I have also tried the meat container a few times and found the meat to be very tasty. The person taking orders and payments is always friendly and the wait time is never too long.

We like that this Fish Chip shop has deals for 3 people, which not many do. Our experience today was positive good service; they said on the phone when it would be ready and it was ready when we went to pick it up. It was freshly cooked and hot. The potato in my potato cake could have done with being a bit more cooked, but otherwise we were happy with the meal. The chips were enough for the three of us, especially when we are also eating flake, potato cake and a dim sim. You can see the size of the flake in the photo, I thought it was around standard size.

The food is delicious and the service is fast. I highly recommend trying the grilled fish, it's fantastic. The chips are also very good. This restaurant offers great value for the price. I would happily eat fish and chips from here again anytime.

Get fish chips for takeaway . Good sized serves for the price , all nicely cooked , the flake was very fresh , and neatly packed . Staff were friendly and helpful . Would eat again.
