Bodega - Marquette

We stumbled this restaurant on our bikes and were so impressed by the food. The Pommes were the best pommes I ever had in my life! My Veggie Burger was freshly made with a pesto sauce and freshly baked baked bread! My mother got the Quinoa Spinat salad with whitefish and it was also phenomenal! Flavors are from this world! The attention to detail was really remarkable. Each component of the meal was freshly made, well seasoned and delicious! The best meal by far on our trip! We're coming back!

This was a fantastic find (via That Amber Girl from Tik Tok), the food was amazing, the staff was very friendly and the cocktails went easy. Nice to also support the #becausemarquette brand with its clever graphic designs. I was happy to spend time in these two fun companies on a recent trip home to the U.P.

My daughter was recently married and had her reception at the Bodega. She had original plans to have it in an alternative place, but due to the poor reaction time they had to change a last-minute and Bodega did an amazing task to create something spectacular in the short term. They had wonderful prices. Absolutely delicious food. Delicious drinks. Warm and helpful staff. We left our decorations before the wedding and they put everything for us before our arrival to the restaurant. They served the food on the elevated area of the restaurant and when the food was done, they cleared the area and made it a dance floor. We couldn't have asked for more from the staff! And the food is for!!!

I'm obsessed with this place. I have breakfast and dinner here every time I drive the 8 hours to the city. Your menu is really fun and welcoming, familiar, but also creative. The staff is always polite and the place is always clean and cool. The drinks are good, not great, but the food is absolutely wonderful. Not too many places everywhere have impressed me over the board. My favorite quality over the place is the ingredients are fresh, often local, and so many homemade sauces and breads. Definitely give this place a try every day if you can!

Very simple, fresh and delicious. I especially recommend it for breakfast. We had a few entrees here as well but they were ok but the breakfast was good and I still give it 5 stars because like their concept of farm to table food.
