The Delft Bistro - Marquette

As they were out of a few things in the week, we went with the recommendation of our server (clayton- an interesting guy) and tried the scallops he said were his favorite not all that was planned but both with pasta and pretty good- interesting scene/ambiance- probably even better on a busy weekend

Really great eating and with really friendly staff. everything is prepared in the house by simple syrups, sauces, dressings and all desserts. large selection of vegetarians and vegans. definitiw a must go when in marquette

Amazing food, if you need to dine on the highest curated food in Marquette I would stop into the delft bistro. For the competition around Washington and 3rd street this is the best restaurant around. The ambiance is welcoming and inviting, there’s a sense of forgotten nostalgia while dining and having a movie screen playing movies. The food has appeal and modern aspects. While dining there we had this wonderful chef cook some amazing food we even tried the coffee rubbed filet special! It was too die for!

Had a great time at the Delft! First time in Marquette and did not disappoint. We got the poutine, pesto pasta, Alfredo pasta and tiramisu! Very nice hostess and waitresses. I loved the violet martini drink… got two. The movie just was subtitles but there was live music we really enjoyed
