I have just returned from Marrakech (February 2013 and I have to say that it is a chaotic and singular city that has fascinated me. regarding the Chez Chegrouni restaurant. Nothing bad I have to say! I've already recommended it and now I'm the one that I recommend it. as has already been said in previous comments, the restaurant is very nice and is located in the square djemaa the fna that offers the possibility of eating/dining or simply having a good tea to the mint on a terrace on foot of square or on the top terrace, with spectacular views. We went directly to the top terrace hoping to take a table next to the balcony and was desolate to see that, as they were not, they were all occupied. I gave it to the waiter and he told me to sit quietly on any table, that as soon as I was free, some would change me, and that was it! I consider it a detail because in spider the waiter would not have had the least problem. as you can see in the photos, the letter is quite complete and has very good prices. You take note of what you want and in that same paper you get the account (see last photo . dessert we take tea to the mint (of the richest we have tried there, but I noticed that many people asked for yogourt. Ayyyyyyyy will tell me if he was rich or not. I used the bathroom on a couple of occasions and it was quite presentable. the service is quite slow, something common in Moroccan restaurants (the rush kills friend. Don't be scandalized if you see cats inside, they're everywhere! But they're respectful and don't jump to the table. I hope I helped you. a greeting.
Nestled in the bustling Djemaa el-Fna is this multi-level restaurant. We chose to sit on the ground floor to soak in the lively atmosphere of the square, but you can also head to the upper level for fantastic views. The food is authentic, and the prices are reasonable. We decided to try the vegetable couscous and the chicken tagine, and both dishes were good. The service is a bit slow, but while you wait, you can enjoy the unique ambiance of the square.
Chégrouni is a restaurant in Jemaa Square, the fna de marrakech. it is an institution, and it was one of the first restaurants to open in the square, apart from the posts that are mounted every night and disarm at dawn. chégrouni, the inverse of argana, has always preserved its quality, and at good price. A detail you see immediately is that there are Moroccans in the restaurant, and they are regular, they wouldn't come if it wasn't good. You can eat a tagine, a couscous, or just have a coffee. in general in the other bars of the square want to maximize profit and look bad if you don't want to eat, here is much more relaxed. I recommend it at the end of the day when the square is fired and start pulling out the food and animation positions.
