Hina Hot - Marrero

This is a quaint little restaurant run by a couple. I've noticed that some other reviews are overly harsh and don’t seem to appreciate that it's a small operation. The food here is excellent! I've tried a variety of dishes, including appetizers, sushi, salads, soups, and main courses, and everything has been delicious. If you’re not in a rush, this place is fantastic. The staff is always eager to ensure that customers have a great experience.

While some prices appeared to be on the higher side, I truly enjoyed everything I sampled. My friends and I appreciated the variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes, and we had a wonderful time. My personal highlight was the baked salmon atop delectable snow crab meat. The waitress was very friendly, and it was fascinating to watch the chef preparing sushi. The presentation of all the dishes we ordered was impressive, and I would definitely return whenever I’m in the area.

My delivery experience was excellent. The sushi rolls are fantastic! I indulge in one every weekend just to sample them all. My favorite is the lobster roll.
