Contribuisci feedbackCustomer service for this store is at an all time low. The delivery person rudely asked for a tip after giving the worse service ever. She had the biggest attitude and got upset and stormed off when she wasn’t given what she thinks she “deserved “. After dealing with that unfortunate experience, my wife and I called the store where Jonny “the manager “ did his best to make sure nothing was resolved either. He helped us by saying that he’d talk to her. This whole situation has been horrendous.
Would not recommend. Ordered pizza for delivery, waited 45 min and called to check the status. They cancelled my ordered because they weren’t delivering in the rain, which would have be fine had they alerted me. They cancelled my order, but didn’t call, text, email, nothing. Employee only offered a dry “sorry”. Never had pizza from here before and definitely will not ever spend my money with them now. Would give 0 stars if I could.
We used to order from marcos regularly but in the past few years it’s dramatically declined. Now they only offer delivery through door dash which means your food shows up late and cold. Wont be ordering from them anymore.
Had to leave my mothers funeral, as no one would answer the phone about a delivery that i wasnt receiving. Not my fault marcos site didnt quote me the correct time. I also have a good mind to contact my attorney with the blatant (not hidden) LGBTQ+ discriminatory bahaviors/language i received in this establishment...then got an attitude from a girl with a nose ring at the counter when i pointed out the discrimination
I picked up my pepperoni pizza, and by the time I got home, the grease leaked all over my front seat. So after cleaning that mess I got a piece out of the box and crust was saturated in gease. I through it
