Sergio's Cake Shop - Marrickville

Tasty cake, but terrible customer service unfortunately. after ordering a cake and sending a picture I received what they can see in the picture. the manager gave the error, but could not solve the problem. I was in another cake shop and paid a surcharge for a cake funnel. I sent two e-mails requesting a refund but I did not hear from sergios. I will no longer order from them. I am more annoyed my emails were ignored than the actual problem with the cake at this point. in any case a business that does not solve any errors they make, be so cautious.

I have a vanilla disc and a piece of red velvet and chocolate muddy cake. they were all very good (especially for the price), but I am a little disappointed that the red and had no cream cheese icing.

Found foreign object they asked to bring the cake back to the return, they pushed the object then a big hole in the cake they said they have it now. refused to return money to another cake for the following week preordered.
