Admittedly I've had the Laksa here at least once, thinking it was vegan since it had coconut milk in it, but after looking at the menu more closely, the menu ambiguously makes it sound like it had dairy in it, so I would avoid it if you're vegan (it did taste good, for anyone that's not vegan and curious, although I'm sad that I probably had dairy by accident). There are several curry and stir fry dishes that can be ordered with vegetables and tofu, all vegetarian but some have egg and some have oyster sauce (labelled under the dish title), so I hope they can add a vegan/vegan options label soon). It is a fairly cramped space so I dont think the indoor seating is particularly wheelchair accessible, there is a ramp but the tables and chairs are very close together so I'm not sure if you could get far past the entrance, but they normally have a small table for two outside which should be easier to access.
Came to thai paragon for a family/friend get together. The place is really clean and the food is super fresh with big portions. We ordered money bags and Spring rolls to share as an entree and then a tonne of mains - also to share. EVERYTHING that we ordered was great. Thai green curry, chicken pad thai, chicken and basil flat noodles, chicken with cashew, soft shell crab and I can't remember what else - suffice to say I would confidently order anything from the menu and know it will be great. We are a lot and it came to just over $32 pp. Oh and the mojito was surprisingly amazing too. A nice little local find in Marrickville that I would return to!!
Had some friends from interstate and booked a table there for Saturday night. We chose the Banquet and it was Fantastic ! $25 a head3 entrees and 4 mains all was delicious, fresh and tasty.Entrees curry puffs, chicken sticks and fresh veggie rolls ( changed from the spring rolls)Mains were Chicken and cashews, green veg with tofu, Madras beef and BBQ chicken and boiled rice. There was so much food. The Staff are very helpful and nothing seems to be an issue,it's a bring your own wine, but they make a mean Vodka lime and soda.I have been going there for about twelve months and cannot say I have ever been disappointed.
If you really are looking for a good Thai restaurant. You should invest a little bit of time and go to Marrickville. The food is excellent and the service too.Highly recommended the massaman curry..But in general all dishes are really nice and full of flavour..I have visited the place many times with family and friend and even ordered take away..
