Contribuisci feedbackSo delicious! The chef definitely knows how to make great combinations of flavours and also shows attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes. We stayed at Rue Galilée for a few days in April in conjunction with organised wine tours and had dinner at La Place, which we enjoyed very much every evening. We also liked the wines that they had selected with the different dishes and the service was great. This is a restaurant where we definitely want to have dinner again, but unfortunately we live very far away, however we are seriously considering visiting Marseillan and La Place on another holiday to southern France in the future. Highly recommended!
We ate at La Place and all agreed that the ambience, service and food were outstanding. A place not to be missed.
This small (place) restaurant in Marseillan is something special. it is Swedish owned there is a Swedish chef and there are many Swedish and English guests. It is as if you are attending a private dinner. There is room for 20 guests and you have to book 24 hours before. it is not an open restaurant where you just walk in. The service is very attentive. the food is fantastic at reasonable prices. definitely worth a visit. The Day we visited the restaurant there was a special event Fish stew to 17€ . Absolutely worth the money.
Owners Janne and Anita have created a nice bed and breakfast in Marseillan. Rooms are warm and fabulous. The food is delicious. Most important are Janne and Anita big hosts. The ambience is exactly what you would like in your visit to the south of France. This place is worth a visit! Five stars!!!
