La Maison - Marseille

Service, eating and ambiente were excellent. special service! the whisper is to die, and I don't even like whispering in the rule.

My daughter and I ate here two nights. we first sat outside at the back of the restaurant where smoking is allowed. that's not nice if you're not a smoker. the second time we decided to sit in front of the front. beautiful no smoker and one. beautiful view of the road. we enjoyed our meals. other dishes we saw coming for other people also looked very good and tempting.

My man and I came to our hotel after 1 o'clock and needed some food. most restaurants close soon, but I stumbled on reviews for la maison. as it was only a few minutes walk from our hotel, we decided to try it. we were. the only English speakers in the restaurant, but our waiter did his best to tell us about the menu and was very friendly. we got brot and tapenade to start and share a large four cheese pizza. it was just what we needed!

If you are staying out of the centre of Marseille or visiting the beach then this super restaurant has lovely views of the coast, serves good mainly Italian food, portions are generous and the service is excellent and friendly staff speak English too. Reasonably priced...menu and wine list.

Great food in a unique setting. Try and get a table on the terrace to watch the sunset and also the locals arrive in hordes!
