Incredible home, delicious dishes, superb atmosphere

Slow service. Top marks for presentation but the food wasn’t that interesting. Expensive. However, we were tired and hungry, so it wasn’t really the right place for us at that time. The other eateries in that area are all low end.

The center of Marseille is loud, dirty and honestly not that good smelling. Then we walked into the side street where La Tête de Chou is located – suddenly there was peace and quiet! The terrace looks good, the servers are hip and attentive, and the food was honestly AMAZING. Too bad we only discovered this restaurant the last night of our stay. If not, we definitely would have eaten there again, because we couldn't get enough of their food choices. Definitely dine here if you get the chance!
