We find on the menu all the classics of Japanese cuisine that it is pleasant to have to change Japanese cuisine offering a lot more. Only absent in the painting during our passage, but it seems that the card regularly changes the famous Japanese curry astonishing not to see this iconic dish on the menu in winter but let's pass. The choice of the evening was the takoyakis that were very good, we find a very nice piece of octopus (tako) in the small ball and the taste is well the one expected. A little more dared on it and it would have been perfect. For the miso ramen to the pork it gets a bit of alas the miso is not quite pronounced and at the end the broth lacks power, the egg is perfect on the other hand and we find all toping as the seaweed but mushrooms that brings the texture a little fresh soy in addition would have a plus, and the pork was very good too. The only big black alas in this bowl of ramen is the noodles too cooked we didn't normally chewed they are served well because they continue to cook in a very hot broth and fortunately the broth was not too hot but it is sad to say that it spoiled for me all the experience of this ramen or I could have passed the little dish of the broth. For dessert another classic taiyaki pastries with a waffle paste with a red bean paste, it was perfect by too soft very crunchy with a little fresh fruit on it miam. To finish the impeccable and very fast service, resound to see what other classics like oyakodon are worthy.
The best Japanese restaurant I ate. Service a little slow, but it's worth waiting.
A small restaurant worth the detour, with its delicious dishes and impeccable service. A real traditional Japanese cuisine. We'll be back with pleasure!
Not bad from Asians point of view. Quite some dishes were authentic and tasty.
A discovery and a feast! I recommend both for the reception and for the typical Japanese cuisine. a redo
