This cafe is vegetarian but has a lot of vegan options and a few menu items that are default vegan. We ordered a vegan quesadilla, the French fry plate, and a hemp seed falafel, all of which were great. We also had a delicious Chewbacca smoothie with an added CBD mushroom blend. Be sure to clearly specify that you want your food to be vegan, because a lot of the menu items contain eggs or dairy unless you ask for otherwise. You can have CBD added to any menu item for an additional fee. There are baked goods, daily specials gluten free options. Almost everything except for the cheese, tofu tempeh is made in house. The whole menu is served all day and they’re open daily with long hours. On Sundays there’s bluegrass music from 1:00-3:00, with talk of more live music being added. It’s really exciting to finally have vegan options in Marshall, and especially a place that’s open on Sunday Monday when most places are closed. I’m excited to keep coming back and I think this place is going to be *the* place to go in Marshall. The vibes are great and so is the music.
Great menu selection of vegan dishes. Ended up with the vegan breakfast burrito with tempeh and a side of hot sauce. Really nice! Empty at 3pm on a Monday.
We had not expected to find such great options near our zipline adventure. Surprise!
Great place to just relax decompress chill while you enjoy vegan and vegetarian foods. The staff are really nice and I love the bluegrass music live. You can check the schedule for one that actually is which is on a weekly basis.
