Subway - Marshalltown

Great store. They had just finished up with an entire bus full of softball girls. We came in the store was in great shape very clean. The two guys working counter over very nice and respectful. The food was great.

If you can't finish online order in time, please let us know. It's very rude to let your customers waiting for unnecessary extra time without saying sorry. Stuff needed more training about common courtesy

Great service through an excellent, well-trained team of employees.

I went to get lunch, the place is disgusting and so dirty, the glass alone is filthy. There was food under the tables and the tongs for the cookies had food stuck to it. The staff was non existent like they were mad to wait on me, I ended up leaving the store without any food. I think they should have the state go there and look they would get shut down right away. Get ppl in there that actually want to work.
