Milkster Nitrogen Creamery Of Marshfield, Wi

The most amazing show I've ever witnessed! The ice cream is incredibly smooth and creamy, and it's such a thrill to see it made with liquid nitrogen!

Before our visit, we weren't quite sure what to expect, so we decided to keep an open mind (even though my husband was a bit skeptical about the small scoop sizes, haha). I have to say, this was some of the best ice cream I've ever had! It was rich and creamy. We both ordered the regular size and realized that a large would probably be too much because it's so indulgent! He tried the Nutella flavor, and we were worried it might be too strong, but it was perfectly balanced. The same goes for my cookies and cream—it was delightful. We're looking forward to bringing our kids with us soon!

Just got back from milkster in biggby in marshfield. Mixed feelings about this one. Being the opening day we were expecting a line but got to walk right up and order. Had a couple questions about flavors and employee at the register had no clue. The owner or manager was called over and explained what certain flavors we had questions about. We tried 3 different flavors. 2 out of the 3 were pretty good. The Andes mint however left much to be desired. Had no Andes mint pieces, was just vanilla ice cream, chopped up fresh mint and a few chocolate chips on top. All 3 of us tried it and none of us liked it at all. Tasted like pine needles in vanilla ice cream. The cost seemed to be pretty high as well for 2 large and one regular was around $18.

If you're in the area it's well worth the stop. We went for Dragon's breath. They use the nitrogen to freeze a liquid mixture to make your milkshake.

It's incredible! They prepare the ice cream right before your eyes. In just a minute, it goes from cream to ice cream! It’s incredibly rich and creamy.
