Ive been to Sweet frogs in Marshfield and was excited to see that there was a location in Plymouth. Was disappointed with my experience there were two young girls working and they were talking to each other and on their phones the whole time. Barely looking up to talk to the customers. I felt like I was more of a bother being there.

Absolutely filthy. The yogurt machines were dirty, the floors were visibly dirty and sticky to walk on, the windows smeared with hand prints, the toppings area had spills everywhere. There was one young girl working and she spent the duration in the back room.

If you have an allergy, do not come here. As a former employee, they claim to be very cautious about all allergies, but in the back room, all topping containers are shared and cross contaminated. Employees are paid well below minimum wage because they claim that tips make up for it, but since it's self serve there is never more than $20 in tips. Management is a mess. Not to mention the fruit fly infestation in the back room. It's worth the drive to just go to menchies in hingham.

I hate to say this, but this place is disgusting. The filth is inexcusable. From gross floors to food prep surfaces. Everything was dirty. If they can't keep basic cleanliness, I don't want to know how the insides of their soft serve machines look. I didn't eat anything from here.
