I pulled into the drive thru and sit there for 5 minutes without anyone ever even speaking to me. So I pull around to the window, just to confirm that they are actually open. A lady stood there with her back to the window and never even acknowledged me.

Long time customer, but I was very disappointed with the quality of food today. The steak biscuit appeared to have a frozen, cheap steak patty not the hand made type they usually sell.
