I visited the drive-thru and was having a bad day, but the employee with blonde hair, I think his name tag said Lane or something similar, was really kind and made my experience better. Just wanted to say that you all are doing a great job and your staff are amazing!

The entire restaurant was dirty and unsanitary. My salad was frozen and clearly old, with brown lettuce and cucumbers. The toast was stale and the Diet Coke was empty, so I had to settle for tea. When I tried to pick up my cup of tea, it broke apart in my hand, spilling all over me and the floor. The cup was cheap and falling apart. I told the cashier, who gave me a replacement cup, but also mentioned that this happens often. I informed him of the mess on the floor, but when I left, it was still covered in ice and tea. I will never be back to this unpleasant place.
