Tried Zaxby’s several times 2024 and it still disappoints. My order is never correct. The food is always cold. They need to do something about this.

Had a little mishap with my order. the gm reached out and fixed it. The store was very compassionate and apologetic. i was originally not interested in ever returning but after dana and rio’s customer service i will definitely be back.
