Contribuisci feedbackWe placed our order at 8:30pm online was told we'd have it by 9:15pm. Was told on the way but Never came. We called, phone just rang then someone picked up and placed on the counter. Could hear background noise then hung up. Had to pick up at the store and food was cold and the edges of pizza were chard black. Store would not replace once we got through. That was around 10:15pm was for delivery originally. Not happy at all.
The call center experience was annoying but I made it very clear we had people eating with us that has a allergy to pork, so I told them NO BACON due to allergy. Just to get home and find bacon all under the cheese. I called to let them know what they did and they wouldn't answer the phone, kept hang up. I never got to talk to anyone. Calling corporate is a joke. They don't answer either just a automative runaround and if you the call the call center back they redirect you back to the store so you can be hang up on again. I've got pictures, if needed and a wasted pizza sitting on my counter a long with wasted money. This is poor customer service. I expect a refund for the pizza.FIX IT.... This place has always been run by friendly employee's that treat me like my order is very important to them. I have never had a bad experience with them.
We had a huge order for an activity on the UT Martin campus, and the local Domino's came through for us! Right on time!!!
Online ordering was shut down. So we had to call in, we got connected to a call center. After having to explain to the call center why I wanted to be connected to the store only to be connected and the store hang up.
