Restaurant Alpina - Martinic

Surprisingly good food and an amazing location. I liked it will stop again for the view and more pizza.

We stopped at Transalpina in this restaurant. The service was kind of slow, but they were nice and adapted to our wishes: we wanted grilled trout, and the menu included only trout fried in butter, but she grilled it for us and the...trout was very good. The other dish we ordered, Balmos, a local Romanian dish, however, was not good at all: it had very little cheese should have been one of the most important ingredients, the sour cream was sweet? I asked the waitress about dessert, also a local dish, Papanasi, and she said they were good, but in fact they were terrible! Papanasi are usually made from cheese balls mixed with flour and fried, but these balls were mixed with cheese and then cooked, and their taste was terrible, like a kind of sweet polnta!
