I ordered food and they told me it was 12 dollars, when the delivery man came he didnt bring it to the door and when i went all the way down to the lobby (after waiting 2 hours and having to call them to ask about my order) the delivery guy said it was not 12.70, it was 33 dollars (more than i could afford. so we didnt get any food after waiting hours for it, after being lied to, and after having to call them. absolutely fuming. awful service and awful people. 33 dollars for a sandwich and fries is absurd anyways, im glad i cancelled my order.

They won’t own it when they mess up an order. Staff is rude and obtuse. I like this company’s product but this store ruins that.

We ordered there for delivery 4 13 2024 was very very disappointed always was so good we ordered steak subs each told them bake buns they weren't plus hate cold food they came were just warm ordered the cheese fries terrible cold cheese stuck on the bottom of plate fries were stuck was satisfied at all I don't no what went wrong it was money wasted
