I ordered a meat and cheese tray from here and will never do it again. I tried to call and order it on Thursday but whoever answered the phone had no clue what I was talking about. Called back Friday and ordered a SLICED meat and cheese tray for pickup Saturday afternoon. Called on Saturday morning to change the pick up time to 9AM Sunday morning. Ensured they opened at 9 onSundays and confirmed the pick up. Went today to pick up the meat and cheese tray. Had to bang on the doors and windows from 9AMuntil they FINALLY opened them at 9:15. Said I was there to pick up an order and was told they didn 't have an order for me. Isaid I had ordered it on Friday for pick up yesterday but then changed the pick up yesterday to today. I got a yeah no one madeit from the girl that appeared to be in charge. I told them I needed it and asked if they could put it together quickly. Theysaid they could do it in about 10 minutes. I said that was fine and waited the 10 minutes. When they handed me the tray, Ilifted up the foil to look at it and it was all CUBED meat and cheese. I told them I had ordered it SLICED and again got wellthey didn 't put that on the note from the woman in charge. I asked them if they could fix it for me since I was wanting thisfor sandwiches. She said yeah but it will take longer than 10 minutes . I told her that was fine because I still needed it.When I was handed the tray at 9:50AM I looked at it again and there wasn 't any cheese to be seen. I asked where it was and theysaid it 's under the meat . Needless to say I had to take it to my party and REMAKE it so people could actually eat both themeat AND cheese on their sandwiches. They tried to give it to me for free and I refused the offer because I had all intentionsof paying. I gave them the $60 they had quoted me and was told from the kid running the register that there was no charge. Itold him that wasn 't the point, I was quoted $60 here 's the money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!
Counter lady complained and then guilt-tripped me for asking to have my sandwich cut in half. It?s already in half she says. Like she was playing games. Like you know what I mean. Then she angrily tells me she?ll put it on their but can?t guaranteethey?ll see it. And they DID NOT cut it in two for me. I can?t eat and drive otherwise. It?s very helpful. I just couldn?tbelieve it. Zero reason to be rude like she did. I eat here 3-4 times a week. Don?t want an apology, just remind your peoplethat they lucky to be busy with all the price hikes
I just tried to order a delivery at 7:12 and they said not to Island right now??? They need to put on the menu deliveries subject to change any time, also now you have to order 12 instead of 10 for a delivery. Make up my mind will you!!!
Seems to be going down hill quickly. Food quality and quantity are very inconsistent. Customer service is a very relaxed approach. If you say you open at 5:30 and I'm standing outside your door at 5:40. Your employees shouldn't just look at apotential customer and continue ignoring them. Reply to the owners response: I'm glad to see such a long excuse and not anapology. I thought that maybe the incompetence was due to bad employees. (Maybe they couldn't read a clock).I can now see thatit stems for upper management.
