Earth Based Cafe - Martinsburg

Update: the owners said they close ende juni 2022. they have been denied for a food truck, but they do not give up. I was pleasantly surprised when traveling on I-81 to find a variety of authentic vegan options at this restaurant. I decided to try the cabby sandwich, which was incredibly delicious, and I also had the mac n cheese as a side dish which was equally tasty. My son enjoyed his meatball sub as well. We plan on making a stop at this place again on our next trip. Highly recommend!

Owner/Koch nailed it in a spacious, clean, good Vibes room. the lit nachos are amazing, the Makkaroni potato salad are sooo-Yummy. best plant-based cheese sauce ever!

Great vegan place found it along 81 on the way to home. Please stop and try not to be disappointed!
