Ryan's Family Steak House - Martinsburg

Every thing was sitting in a pool of butter/fat/lard. Therefore it was not only disgusting, but everything tasted the same. Terrible place. Dark, dirty and impersonal.

Time and time again customers report a food item that needs refilling and the request is basically ignored. I personally have stood at the food counters 2 or 3 times waiting for dish replenishment for 10-15 minutes with still no replenishment. Poor management. They shouldn't be running out of salad at 12:10. They shouldn't be out of vanilla ice cream time and time again. When a customer reports a dish needing replacement they shouldn't be left standing and ignored for 10 minutes.
