Starbucks - Martinsburg

I’m in line right now honestly writing this review. I love Starbucks, and I have friends who work for the company so I know their standards. This Starbucks has the worst customer service. There’s not a long line currently, so there’s no overwhelming need for the employee at the speaker box to be rude. But she wouldn’t allow me to finish ordering before she said “is that it” mid me speaking.

Despite many employees often standing around waiting, tables were really dirty. Store has cracks in concrete floor, and water comes in through the door during rain. The thing that bothered me most was cold drinks being made in the same mixing cups that were put on the shelf and not washed or changed for hours. Restrooms were neglected and toilet didn't work well. Overall very dirty.

Wife loves it but I just like black coffee but not at thier prices.

Consistently either out of products or short staffed! This Starbucks is the WORST you can go to! They are always backed up and take forever in there drive through

The store was closed for dine in, only the drive through was open. But that’s not the issue, there were people inside and some costumer opened the door for us, and the barista inside was very rude and yelled at us: IT’S CLOSED!! No need to yell ma’m!!! All the people inside turned their heads and it vas very uncomfortable. I didn’t see her name but it was a the only black lady among the other workers.
