Taco Bell - Martinsburg

I’d rather make the extra trip to another Taco Bell…They have lots of orders and seem to be taking their good old time, and not in a hurry to get any orders out. They just keep stopping to talk to each other and confused about the orders they’re making. We made a mobile order in advance and had to wait almost 30 minutes. And they only had the drink and by the time they gave it was almost melted. The portions are horrible, the cheesy fiesta potatoes used to be filled to the top and I got a little cup of it with just 5 potatoes in a drop of sour cream and cheese

I have finally spoken to someone over the customer service line to get a refund that I had an issue with them from an online order I went to pick up at this location. I ordered extra ingredients that I paid for and didn’t get any. The representative told me over the phone to call the store to get an issue of the refund at the store. I then called this location 5610 Hammonds Mill Rd Martinsburg, WV 25404. VERY NASTY manager. She then insisted to not give me a refund and that she has never heard of that before. And that she will ask her boss and have them give me a call. Never called me. I will be going in now or calling to get this resolved! So unprofessional!

One of the better taco Bells little ride to west Virginia but so worth

Best taco bell ive ever had. The tacos were actually...full. In 37 years ive never seen a taco bell actually make full tacos. They were incredible. Plus, the girl behind the counter with the upper lip piercing was crazy hot. Double win.
