I had a great experience, it's 3 times for lunch while I worked in the area. The women on the staff were very friendly. I had Turkey BLT and it was good. Too bad they are in the mall, they would probably get more traffic if they were outside the property.

Re: Ryan Stevenson's post... although the Dairy Queen is not right at the intersection, it is located within the nearby Santa Rosa Mall in the food court.
