Mcdonald's - Maryland Heights

Terrible customer service ! We ordered 2 Mchicken meals and a large fry. We paid at the window and wasn’t handed a recipient. We got our food at the second window and checked the bag. We were missing the large fry. We went back for the large fry and they refused to give us the large fry because we didn’t have a receipt. We didn’t have a receipt because the cashier didn’t give us one . The black manager with the curly hair is terrible! Terrible customer service! Don’t go here !

They are quick with the food and it was actually hot. Best McDonald's I have been to.

They left my bag sitting there for 5 min before anyone bothered to hand it to me. So much for fast.

This is a 24 hour store. I stop by here between 2 and 4 am after getting off work on my way home. More times than not, they can't serve me because of a system update, unable to accept debit card, unable to accept cash, out of food or nothing cooked, sometimes no one even answers the drive through. When this happens I have to go to white castle. Their food is worse than mcdonalds , but they ALWAYS have the full menu 24-7. Stop advertising 24 hour service, Mcdonalds. It's a lie.

Damon white served me 2 days ago and he made my experience so much better! gave me free sauce ? can’t believe they stopped all day breakfast tho ?
