Lovely fresh Takeaway. Wait time is short Always lovely friendly staff/ owners. We phone our orders in they're great when we tweek a dish. Im Veggie so I can omit Meat/ Seafood. Great service. Ordered from here multiple times and always been nice, on this occasion the food was stone cold and the wontons pasty was dry, the inside was like jelly and tasted off. Phoned up as paid over £20 and was not only told I was wrong but that the money I spent wasn’t a lot of money and that I could only be refunded for one portion of wontons even tho I’d only eaten one piece out of the two portions. Staff were also getting involved in the background which was unnecessary and very unprofessional and rude and the women on the phone was also very rude. I DEFINITELY will not be back and DO NOT RATE this place for food. If you want decent food and hot and good phone service I suggest you go anywhere but here!!! Price per person: £20–30

We went in to order food last night and were instantly annoyed with the attitude of one of the employees. We almost walked out before ordering as his disrespectful behaviour towards the owner/manager in front of us and other employees was shocking and made us feel uncomfortable and quite angry. We ordered food and waited, while the young boy continued to show off and disrespect the poor woman trying to run her business in front of her customers and staff. Having read previous reviews, I see he makes a habit of it, yet still has a job??? Food was pretty good except the salt n pepper chips which were way too salty and felt it was quite expensive compared to other Chinese takeaways.
