I discreetly approached the same waitress from my previous visit to inform her about my concerns regarding the cream sauce in the Fettuccine. The manager, who was on a cigarette break outside, overheard our conversation and insisted I speak with him. However, he refused to consider the possibility that the Fettuccine might have caused my illness, despite it being one of the very few things I had eaten that day aside from the salad. Having worked in the restaurant industry for nearly 15 years and completed a Food Handlers Safety Course, I am well aware of the potential dangers related to certain food items, especially those containing seafood, poultry, and dairy. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, the manager dismissed me, confident in his food safety protocols. I brought up the issue of food safety only once during my visit, and I did so with respect and discretion, ensuring that other customers couldn't overhear. As the owner of a food establishment, it is crucial to prioritize food safety at all times. While operators must consistently get things right, pathogens like salmonella and E. coli only need to succeed once.
The staff is friendly, and the prices are great. The food is exceptional, making it the best option for miles. I highly recommend it!
