Starbucks - Marysville

Very slow service these days since the fast efficient girls quit. The current workers are either just slow or socializing too much.Update- the girl that would rather socialize than do her job is still there building long lines, and a girl with a bad attitude about doing her job, writing an order on a cup, gave a nasty look for having to write my order. You guys really need to get it together. I'm taking my business elsewhere

Beware: there is recently a man and woman working here that over charge to pocket for themselves! They have lied straight to my face about the price of items multiple times and don’t have a good answer when I show them the price on the app. If I go when they are not working I get a different price that shows up the same as the app price.

This location has friendly staff and processes orders efficiently.

Man the ladies and gentlemen of this store are nonetheless than amazing! Everyone usually smiling and ready to help you!! You guys make my mornings and we'll my days!! Fast friendly staff!! Best drink ever; SALTED CARAMEL CREAM COLD BREW ADD PISTACHIO NUT TO THE FOAM!! NO OTHER STORE IN THE DISTRICT CAN DO IT BUT THESE LADIES PUT A LIL EXTRA LOVE IN THE CUPS OR SOMETHING!! THANK YOU LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING AND DESERVE A RAISE TO SAY THE LEAST!

Craving a latte and the Starbucks is in the Meijer's so took a break. Staff friendly and prepared my drink right away.2nd visit with my niece. Raised stars to 5! store was SOOOO busy! Socially distanced lined up out door. Staff member was by herself and clearly stressed to be serving such a stream if people. Talk about integrity under pressure!!!! Hat off to this woman! She served each and every customer with care, true customer service and was pleasant even though she was swamped. Need more people like her who are willing to get out to a fast paced job under normal circumstances and did the job no complaints by herself!!!! Hope she gets a good raise, even called Starbucks corporate to let them know how this employee was a keeper! BTW, Store was STILL lined up when we checked out of Meijer and she was still taking care of each customer. And I tried the Apple Crisp Soy Latte, oh my, HEAVEN!
