Anaba Japanese Cuisine - Maryville

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, especially thanks to the waitress who resembled a mature, slender version of Wednesday Addams. She was a joy to have serving us. The food was incredibly fresh and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to anyone in East Tennessee looking for fantastic sushi.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and we are regular customers. However, during our visit tonight, we observed four cockroaches crawling around us in various areas. Initially, I had intended to inform the restaurant privately, but upon further research, I discovered similar complaints in other reviews regarding bugs. This is a serious issue that must be addressed.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly friendly and our waitress was very attentive. The food was served hot and fresh, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend the miso dip as an appetizer and the tempura was also very tasty.

Driving back home, I took a chance and pulled in here and glad I did. This was the best tonkotsu ramen I've had. Get it with chasu, I dare you to not like it. Amazing service and food. I highly recommend this place.

Anaba was fantastic. I went there everyday for lunch while I was in town for work with a Japanese coworker of mine. Lots of different choices, so many great things to try
