Carson's Sports Grille - Maryville

I'm always craving Carson's again shortly after I visit. The food is delicious and the staff is also great. There are also many variations to the burgers and sandwiches, so anyone is sure to be satisfied.

Carson's was terrific! Dropped by on the advice of a Maryville resident after a college visit to Northwest Missouri State today. Our waitress was attentive and friendly; the food was terrific! We had fried cheese curds with housemade ranch for a starter and hamburgers for main course. The hamburgers were cooked perfectly and the fries were crispy. So glad we found this place!

Every time I visit home I stop in. I'd love to see more drafts but the food makes up for it. The buffalo chicken dip is epic. U will take it to pound town. We use to get the cheese curds bc they too r epic till we found the dip. Da packa is my fav way to get a sandwich. Guacamole cheese and bacon. Jus wish it didn't remind me of the packers...yuck. It's great that u can choose to get your sandwich w either hamburger, grilled or fried chicken or grilled or fried tenderloin. Also the Carson's bleu is a protein packed, artery clogging fav. It's got your meat if choice then ham, bacon and Swiss.

If anyone knows where Carsons got their cheese balls or what their recipe was... I need it!

Love this place but very poor take out tonight. I like to have my burgers have a full bun. Especially when the bill is 30$. Unexceptionable.
