Hardee's - Maryville

Came in one night and ordered our food waited 30 minutes and went up to counter to check on our food and the manager was walking around picking food out of his teeth and proceeds to put half of our food in a bag and says he's going to remake one sandwich.... I just got my money back because that's just nasty.... He didn't even wash his hands. I've worked in food service and that's a big no-no. I wouldn't recommended eating at the location next to the hospital. Only giving 5 stars so its seen.

Absolutely worst service at the counter! I ordered the breakfast frisco burger and got the egg, ham sandwich. I took it back up there and the lady behind the counter was very rude and called me a Lier. While I was waiting on the sandwich that I actually ordered, the staff in the back were all arguing. My dad went through the same thing with his order and he ended up getting a refund cause they messed up twice on his. And the lady behind the counter got an extreme attitude with him.

After ordering my food, waiting I looked around, I see people looking for napkins, the coffee was out both napkins dispensers were swung open and empty ,no forks , spoons or knives any where. So I get my finally but no cup for my coffee. I ask for my cup an then tell the lady behind the counter I need coffee in it because the coffee was out. I asked for napkins she said good luck and then walked to the food counter grabbing two napkins that had been sitting there since I ordered 20 minutes before and gave them to me I looked at the napkins they were dirty, I couldn't believe what I had just witnessed. I just walked off shocked and disappointed. Holding my peace. I will never go back to this Place that call their self Hardee's again. -1 rating

I ordered monster burger and when I got home, it was a chicken sandwich. Will not be coming back again.

Service was slow and people were getting their big orders before I got my single burger and fry order. They have given us our order as dine in when we even the receipt showed to go and when we mentioned it the girl at the counter just handed us a box without a word and walked away
