Hardee's - Maryville

Oh my, was I surprised by the deliciousness of the food from here! I often go to Wendy's, which has really good fast food, but the food from this Hardee's was quite a lot better. Also, the drive thru was efficient and the employee who handled my order was very friendly. I'll be back!

Got two sandwiches with a coupon. Shift manager had to call to young man to come and take my order and then had to show him how to ring up order. She was quick and made sure he saw how to handle the coupon. Sandwiches were ready quickly and well made.

Funny story. Got there and they said that their system was down, 10 min to reboot. These kids went above and beyond making our food fresh even though their system never came back up!!!

I walked right in was greeted with a smile. Food was fresh and fast. Good job team...

I've given this location a few tries at different times/days throughout the last 6 months and unfortunately the review has remained the same. I can deal with the lack of friendly customer service but it's the food left under the heat lamp and/or fried in old grease that I can't. The chicken strips are typically pretty good but every time the chicken sandwich disappoints.
