Kupkaties Kupkakes - Maryville

I happened to have been through yesterday. I'm so glad I did it! delicious cupcakes! the peanut butter blossom was probably the best cupcake I ever had. we will definitely be back!

I had to have a dessert for my office Christmas party today and I went to Kupkaties Kupkakes and they were absolutely wonderful! The frosting was great and the cupcake was moist and delicious. I got Wedding Cake and Chocolate Bundt and they were a hit. One was a Snowman and one was a Christmas Wreath. The staff was very helpful and helping me make my selection. I will most definitely go back!

Purchased 6 cupcakes today. They were very pretty. The icing was sweet, like I like it but the cake itself was dry and hard- like they were at least a week old. I will not be back.

Spoke to a young gentleman over the phone to book a wedding/birthday cake for my mother 's 75th birthday, to be picked up on the 6th of Sept at 11:30am. I ordered a choclate tiered cake wtih buttercream icing, yellow roses decorated on the edges and happy 75th Birthday Phyllis around the bottom. Went to pick it up on the 6th for the 4:00pm party, and they were CLOSED! Couldnt reach anyone on the phone, I didn 't receieve any call back that they were going to be closed or that my cake was not being made. I even reminded the young gentleman that the 6th is a holiday, Labor Day... so I said, are you sure you will be open for me to pick up the cake on Monday teh 6th at 11:30am, its a holidaty. He replied, I don 't see any notes that we will be closed and if we decide to close, we will call you .I recevied nothing back from him or anyone else... I was so upset as I had to scramble to a grocery store bakery and purchase 3 cakes to make my own tiered cake. All my mom wanted for her 75th birthday, was a wedding cake that she never had when she got married 53 years ago.Being disappointed is an understatement!

I purchased a unicorn themed cake from Sam's Club, but when I went to pick it up, all they had done was write happy birthday on it. There was no unicorn and they didn't even use the colors my daughter had asked for. Katie and her staff saved the day! She redecorated the cake into the most beautiful unicorn cake in time for the party the next day. My daughter was in love with the design! Thank you so much for saving my little girl's cake!! I'm so grateful.
