Sonic Drive-in - Maryville

Disappointed. We had 4 of their Blasts. Not sure how they make them but I think they forgot to spin the shake. All the toppings were on the very bottom with just a sprinkling on top. This being a thick medium shake you can't get to the toppings until you eat thru half the vanilla shake. I guess I'm just used to other chains that mix the topping into the ice cream. Service was fast and we ate outside.

Horrible customer service!Came to the drive thru to pick up an Uber Eats order, checked in thru the app and got a message on the Sonic screen that someone was preparing it.I waited about ten minutes before pressing the button to speak to someone. The young woman who answered insisted they didn 't get the order would not accept that I 'd triple checked the address had the right store.She was extremely rude and snapped at me for 'talking over her ' while simultaneously interrupting me when I tried to explain that I have a speech impediment. I asked to speak to a manager (not to tattle but bc I just wanted my food) and the woman turned off the speaker and didn 't reply anymore.Ended up canceling the order, which was fine, but went home very upset after the poor customer service I received.Won 't be returning.

This review I struggled with between 2 and 3 stars. All I wanted was a quick burger and a vanilla shake. I had donated blood and needed to grab something on the way home. When ordering I asked what I could have as a side. The voice at the other end said anything. So, I chose pretzel bites. The voice said not that. So, I decided on the tater tots. I ordered a #4 hamburger meal with tater tots and a vanilla shake. The 1st order that was brought to me were a large bag of cheese sticks. Not something I ordered. A few moments later they came out with my food and took the cheese sticks back. Upon getting home I found that the burger had been sitting for a while. The lettuce was very soggy and the burger seemed like it had been pushed on or kind of squished. Most of the tots ended up on the bag. And the shake. They failed to put the lid on my shake very well. So, on my way home the top popped off and the whipped cream started running down the up into my cup holder and over the side where the cup was tight against the side. Then while eating my food I could not drink my shake. It was too thick. Overall the food filled my hunger. But, I was not impressed with the overall visit. And I am not looking forward to going back down now that dinner is over and clean the whipped cream out of the cup holder and side of the console. Check your lids before you drive off. Word of caution. Have a good eats everyone.

Who doesn't love a Sonic milkshake? And the corn dog was good too.

I pulled up and waited 10 minutes. No one answered the call button. Placed app order. Watched 2 people come and go around me. No food. Finally had to bang on door to get manager and explain 30 minutes later no food. Response was everyone was waiting. Then he turns around and hands me my food. Really??? So
