Johnny Rockets - Mashantucket

Black bean burger(vegetarian)and chees fries.food was good and big complement to server on Sunday afternoon on may 15 2022.

The food was pretty good. It is very similar to a five guys where you order just a burger, then side dishes and a drink. The set up is very retro and cool, however things run a little slow even when it's not super busy.

It was pretty empty during the week and they told us they didn't have mushrooms but didn't compensate us with anything or give us a discount for them not having an item. Other than that the food was very good and the fries were amazing but a little decadent!

When I tell you fast service, I ordered my meal and 5 mins later it was at my table, food was awesome and hot. Staff very attentive and friendly.

The service here is excellent, the food is always good at Johnny rockets, fast and convenient. Here is what stands out about this particular location: the coordination of the staff. We rarely see staff work together this well to get food to the customers quickly even when busy. It was incredibly busy the entire time we were dining but everything came out correct and quickly. I really noticed the great communication between all the servers, cooks, etc. my husband and I were impressed and it made us feel good to see that teamwork is not a lost art. Waiters helped other waiters serve and took care of each other. Our waiter deserves a shout out his name was CHRIS and he was WONDERFUL and very humble. He was on the move the entire time but still so attentive to us and worked so incredibly hard. Thank you Chris and everyone else for making our dining experience so pleasant. We were so thankful for an easy and fun dinner. We ordered loaded tot, onion rings, and burgers.
