So happy to see a new local donut shop with some vegan options! Your Mochi Donut was vegan gluten-free and was absolutely delicious (February Taste: Lemon) The pumpkin apricot was also delicious. Very nostalgic from an OG not vegan donut!

I returned a few weeks later, and my experience improved significantly, though my vegan donut still seemed a bit undercooked. My friend's girlfriend, who is vegan, had no complaints about her order. It seems they are still working through some of the challenges that come with starting a new business, but I believe they have great potential. My advice would be to give them a try, and if you do, consider offering polite and constructive feedback to help them improve. It's best to avoid busy times for now if you can. I should note that even when I visited during quieter hours, the consistency has still been an issue. They often run out of certain items, and there can be long waits for fresh batches. If you're keen on their donuts, it might be worth giving them a call to see if you can place an order for pickup. This is an update from my previous review dated May 20, 2022.

One vegan donut per month simply isn't sufficient—it's quite disappointing, to say the least. The donuts themselves are good, though.
