Little Caesars Pizza - Mason City

It is cheap, but they lack the ability to turn off constantly pizzas during the bumps. rises in the many conveyors. does management punish the risks of making too many pizzas? dominoes is not hot and ready, but there are 10 minutes. they wait, 10 to 15 here, but should be hot and ready.

Wanted to try the new crazy pizza bites but they didn't have enough cheese to make them the girl said. Ordered cinnamon bites she said would take 3 min. Tipped the girl 1.00 and she didn't even say thank you. Took longer then 3 minutes. Will take food home and try it now.

I ordered a cheese pizza and sausage pizza at 5:20 on May 12th. An hour later I asked for my money back but was told neither employee there knew how to do that. Neither woman working was wearing gloves. Finally at 6:47 I got my pizzas. Went home there was about 12 pieces of sausage on the sausage pizza. If I could have rated ZERO stars I would have. Believe I will be calling a manager tomorrow since there wasn’t one in the store tonight! I will never return here again.

We have gone to this Lil Caesar's a number of times. Each time I end up kicking myself in the butt for it. I think out of a handful of times I've only gotten one fresh pizza. It's not hard telling an fresh pizza from an old one that's been sitting too long The other day my pizza was so old it actually had the taste of cardboard from sitting in the warming oven too long! Gross! Last night I ordered a pretzel crust after 8 pm hoping for fresh and the pretzel bites. The pizza was not fresh at all, the entire box yet again soaked up with grease. The pretzel bites not worth the $4 extra, they were sitting on the back pizza table for who knows how long, the cashier slopped more butter on them and add even more salt to them. Let's just say they were incredibly inedible. So we only ended up eating half a gross old pizza, no pretzel bites and now it is 4:15am and I have been up sick all night from the two slices of pizza I ate. Thank you Lil Caeaar's your food made me sick. This experience has made it so we won't enjoy a nice pizza anytime soon. Thank you! I definitely wouldn't and won't recommend this Lil Caesar's to anyone. Dominoes and Pizza Hut will now get all my pizza business unfortunately.

Funny how it said you are open on google. Maybe you should update that to say your closed for “seasonal remodeling”! It’s actually a great time to remodel with how hard it is to get there right now. Grrrr your phone doesn’t have a message at all??? Great job guys lol just kidding. Terrible job
