Mcdonald's - Mason City

Reminder to self: I need to start preparing earlier so I'm not running late. This way, I can make food at home when I'm in a rush. However, the frappes at the restaurant were truly amazing, and that's the main reason I went there.

I tried to use my app at the restaurant. I gave the cashier the code, but they did not enter it in. When I pointed out that the code was not showing on the menu, they said they would add it at the register. The code was supposed to give me a free sandwich, but they ended up charging me for it instead. When I called back to resolve the issue, they did not provide a satisfactory solution.

Wonderful! The usual staff is always on point. I love how consistent they are. Keep up the good work!

Good food as always. And I love the vintage McDonalds sign in the back lot.

We recently visited this restaurant for a drive-thru experience. We ordered two cheeseburgers with only ketchup, but they made two hamburgers with ketchup instead. We returned to mention the mistake, and they remade them, but this time with pickles and swirl on them. After a third trip back, my young son asked if he could eat what he tried but did not enjoy the burger. It was disappointing to see such poor quality control.
