Starbucks - Mason City

The coffee was fantastic, but we were given the wrong cookies. Despite numerous attempts, no one answered the phone.

Today, I went to the restaurant with my friend and we decided to try their coffee for the first time. We asked for recommendations and received fantastic service. I even made a mistake with our order, but they quickly corrected it without any complaints. It was truly one of the best service experiences I've had. The person at the window was outstanding.

Whenever I attempt to order from this restaurant, they always seem to be out of the product I want. As a result, I am constantly forced to seek my meal elsewhere.
