Taco Bell - Mason City

I had a bad experience at this restaurant. The staff in the lobby were swearing and it caused mistakes with my order. Also, they do not provide any hot sauce.

This Taco Bell has a great location, right next to a Hy-Vee Drugstore with plenty of parking. When I walked in, I was greeted by a laughing staff member behind the counter. I ordered a Large Fountain Drink filled with Baja Blast Mountain Dew, Large Nacho Fries, and 3 Doritos Locos Tacos with only shell, meat, and cheese. I appreciated the organized layout of the fountain area with icon buttons and the tea machine on the right side, along with lids and straws available on the wall. The cashier was professional and friendly, and there is a convenient drive-thru option. Overall, I hope this Taco Bell continues to be a great place to enjoy tacos or any other menu items.

Amazing and yummy munchies food, as always. Jessica, the employee working drive-thru and window, was exceptionally professional and friendly, for somebody in the QSR industry. Such a wonderful addition to the waverly area.
