Marco's Pizza - Mason

The prices are a bit high for my liking, but the pizza was overall delicious, and the staff was excellent.

I typically experience excellent service, but tonight was a different story. After placing my order through the app, the restaurant called to inform me that they were out of salads. I requested if my 6-inch sub could be upgraded to a 12-inch, and while the staff member agreed, she abruptly hung up on me. When I received my sub, it was poorly assembled and badly wrapped; they didn't even bother to put it in a bag. The staff member simply handed it to me and returned to chatting with her coworkers. Upon opening the wrap, I discovered that many of the toppings were missing and there was even a hair in the sub. My coworker advised me to throw the whole thing away.

I've returned a few times since my initial review, and I must say they've significantly improved. The food has been quite good overall. It's not always perfect, but it's really enjoyable.

My sister loves the cheese pizza and for her birthday I decided to surprise her and Wes aka Mr Wes accompanied my request of drawing a special birthday message for her he was so friendly and really enjoys his job which is a great thing and puts alittlesunshine in my day I really appreciate him

The staff is so wonderful and friendly. And the pizza is excellent. Would definitely recommend 10/10
