Went in there New Years Eve for hot fudge sundae, ice cream had ice crystals in it and no taste asked for extra hot fudge. The hot fudge pot sounded empty thought he changed it did not even get one squirt. The server was the least bit interested in doing his job. Would sooner go without then use this store again.

There were 4 people working at 9 pm , one person told me ?hold on? and went to the back. Then 2 girls tried taking my order so I tried getting the Oreo cold brew blast. One of the girls said that no one knows how to make it. She said only one employee who works mornings can do it. Amazing I love that. It?s a scoop of ice cream , coffee , and Oreos blended together. The order was completely incorrect when it was delivered, and no one answered the phone to fix it. Total waste of money!

The ice cream cones tasted as if they were covered in hair. They were made of sugar cones and the staff was not at all accommodating.
