Dunkin' - Massapequa

At one time, this was my go to Dunkin’ Donut shop- no longer. It’s become increasingly dirty and the service can be summed up as indifferent and unfriendly. I have been going to other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area instead as a result of this-but every now and again, I go here because I’m in a rush...I’m reminded quickly why I don’t go here anymore.

The customer service has changed. Went to the ice cream counter to purchase some scoops. A young lady politely ask if we like anything,needed a moment to decide on. Then after a few minutes was told by another employee we can’t order anything/can’t be served . We walked out and within 2 minutes, the same employee was serving other customers. The customer service has changed and going down hill recently. Employees will lie to customers

Honestly, the drinks could have been better. The syrup didn’t dissolve well because they didn’t really stir the drinks. It felt more like drinking a mixed-up blend! If you're looking for a true Dunkin' experience, I recommend the location on Stewart Avenue. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Go to this store often and most of the time they scan my app and then tell me it's d online order or points only. That's not the case. I use my app at several stores and never have this problem.

Excellent store! It's very well organized and clean, with helpful and friendly staff.
